Lucy Labruzzo President and CEOand majority owner of Engineering Partners Incorporated (EPI), a CPUC-certified diverse business enterprise. Lucy is a dynamic C-Level Executive with an extensive background in program delivery and client management as well as business growth, operations, change management, compliance, and regulatory and governmental affairs. She has led the successful execution of energy infrastructure programs from funding, planning, and design through construction and commissioning. Lucy has a proven successful track record in organically building new businesses and achieving aggressive growth while ensuring the development of organization structure(s) to ensure high-performing employees within teams are identified for succession planning and the Company’s longevity.
Prior to acquiring EPI, Lucy developed and led the Energy Infrastructure Sector of Cordoba Corporation. Lucy joined Cordoba in 2014 and led the expansion of their energy business into gas and electric transmission and distribution, renewables, and program management across each of California’s investor-owned utilities. Under her leadership, Cordoba initiated and grew a sustainable energy infrastructure business delivering 60% of the company revenue and achieving a CAGR of over 30%.
Lucy is a Mechanical Engineer with over 30 years of experience working with utilities across the US and Canada. Prior to joining Cordoba Corporation, Lucy was the Executive Vice President and Managing Director of AECOM’s North America Energy Business Line, where she led their North America Energy Business with annual revenues of approximately $1B. She served 15 years as an engineer and program manager for the New York Power Authority, one of the nation’s largest state public power organizations.
