This project was a combination roofing/solar power project. EPI conducted field investigations of the electrical systems and roofs of seven buildings, determined their suitability for roof-mounted photovoltaic panels, and designed the installations. EPI assisted the contractor throughout construction, with finished systems providing between 30 and 200kW. At the completion of the projects, EPI made applications for interconnecting with the local utility. All of the systems were grid-tied, California Solar Initiative compliant, and utility approved.
